Product Description

Cobalt alloy steam corrosion shields are welded to steam turbine blades. Cobalt alloys have high hardness and good toughness, small variation when water droplets hit, good resistance to water corrosion and erosion, and high microstructure stability, although beyond a certain range. Water corrosion will also occur, but the ability to resist fracture is good, and even if serious water corrosion occurs, it is not easy to produce cracks. At the same time, different alloy shapes can be selected according to the operating conditions. When the water corrosion is severe, a new cobalt alloy sheet can be replaced, which is very suitable for the working conditions of the blade.
